Delivery Policy and Shipping Costs – Retail Customers

Our jewellery is supplied directly from stock and we do our best to make sure your jewellery order reaches you in a safe and timely manner.

We send all UK deliveries by the shipping method you choose and pay for at the time of ordering, either:

  • First class Royal Mail
  • Next day delivery by 1pm (weekdays) – signed for
  • Next day delivery by 1pm (incl. Saturday) – signed for

International deliveries to European destinations and, where available, rest of the world destinations, are sent by Royal Mail, Internatial Tracked.

Postage and packaging costs

For deliveries within the UK, the following delivery costs apply:

Flat rate delivery:

  • Orders less than £30.00 in value (excl. delivery): £2.95
  • Orders over £30.00 in value: delivered free of charge

Next day delivery by 1pm (weekdays):

  • Orders less than £50.00 in value (excl. delivery): £7.25
  • Orders over £50.00 in value: delivered free of charge

Next day delivery by 1pm (incl. Saturday):

  • Orders less than £100.00 in value (excl. delivery): £11.70
  • Orders over £100.00 in value: delivered free of charge

For deliveries within Europe, the following delivery costs apply:

  • Orders less than £50.00 in value (excl. delivery): £10.00
  • Orders over £50.00 in value: delivered free of charge

For deliveries to countries outside the UK and Europe the following delivery costs apply:

  • Orders less than £75.00 in value (excl. delivery): £15.00
  • Orders over £75.00 in value: delivered free of charge

Delivery times

We make every effort to deliver your order as soon as possible. It’s our policy to aim to despatch all orders within 48-hours once full payment has been received and cleared.

If the item is not in stock, we will let you know by email as soon as possible. You will then have the option to cancel your order or wait until the item comes into stock.

When we despatch your order, we’ll send you an email confirming that the order has been completed. If you do not receive an order confirmation email within 48-hours please contact Zigi Retail Ltd on 01484 665887.

Packaging

To prevent damage in transit, our jewellery is presented in individual gift boxes or bags and securely packaged.

Delivery address

We can arrange delivery to the address of your choice. For next day, signed for deliveries, please make sure that someone is available to sign for your order on delivery.

Also, we advise you to check your delivery address details carefully. As our customer it is your responsibility to provide us with an accurate and full address, as no change can be made to the delivery address once the order has been accepted (please see our full terms and conditions for further information).
