Zigi Jewellery retail website returns policy:
We want you to be happy with every purchase you make from Zigi Jewellery.
Our product descriptions are designed to give you as much information as possible about our bracelets, necklaces and rings to enable you to make an informed decision about our products before you buy.
We also work hard to make sure that your purchases arrive in good condition. However, we do know that things don’t always go to plan. Read on for more information about our returns policy.
If you change your mind
Don’t worry, everyone has a change of heart on occasions. If you decide not to keep your purchase from Zigi Jewellery, simply return the product or products, unused in the original packaging, within 7 days and we’ll arrange for a full refund*. Please see our terms and conditions for full details.
Please be aware that delivery costs are non-refundable and that you will be liable for the cost of returning the product or products.
*For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.
If a product is faulty or incorrect
In the unusual event that a product is faulty or incorrect and you wish to return your order, please contact us within 7 days by calling our customer service team on 01484 665 887 between the hours of 09.30 – 17.00 Monday to Friday.

We will endeavour to investigate your complaint within 3 working days and wherever possible will try to resolve all complaints within 5 working days.
When you contact us to arrange a return please have your order number handy. Also, please remember to clearly quote your order number on any returned packages. Faulty purchases must also be returned within a further 30 days of contacting Zigi Jewellery.
Goods must be returned in their original packaging, and in an unused condition.
Check the product description carefully. Computer monitors can vary in the colour they display, which is why, in terms of colour, we will only class products as ‘incorrect’ if the product description detailed on our website is different to the product colour supplied.
