Zigi Jewellery trade account – delivery policy
This is our wholesale delivery policy. If you don’t have a trade account with Zigi Retail Ltd, please visit our retail website delivery policy.
Our jewellery is supplied directly from stock and we do our best to make sure your jewellery order reaches you in a safe and timely manner.
For your complete peace of mind, we send all UK deliveries (unless otherwise stated) next working day delivery by Parcel Force Express 24, which requires a signature when it arrives at your specified destination.
Postage and packaging costs
Within the UK:
The minimum trade order is £120.00 (incl VAT).
- Standard shipping for orders between £120 and £200 (incl VAT) is £12.00 (incl VAT)
- Orders over £200 (incl VAT) in value are shipped FREE
Please note: if your order is £200 (incl VAT) or more please select the ‘Free Trade Shipping’ option before you check out.

We make every effort to deliver your order as soon as possible. It’s our policy to aim to despatch all orders within 48-hours once full payment has been received and cleared.
If the item is not in stock, we will let you know by email as soon as possible. You will then have the option to cancel your order or wait until the item comes into stock.
When we despatch your order, we’ll send you an email with the Parcel Force tracking number. This will allow you to track the progress of your order from despatch to delivery.
Items are packaged securely and sent as a bulk delivery. For convenience, and to help avoid damage, each individual item is sent in a clear, plastic sleeve, labelled with the stock number. Zigi jewellery bags are supplied separately for your use.
We can arrange delivery to the address of your choice. However, as all our deliveries are sent by Parcel Force, please make sure that an authorised individual is available to sign for your order on delivery.
Also, we advise you to check your delivery address details carefully. As our customer it is your responsibility to provide us with an accurate and full address, as no change can be made to the delivery address once the order has been accepted (please see our full terms and conditions for further information).
